Campground Features

Hickory Oaks Campground offers:

• Sites with water and electric, with 20, 30 or 50 amp service.
• Limited no-hook-up sites; tent sites not offered any longer, except for special events.
• Group areas, a laundry room, a dump station, and toilet/shower facilities for campers, only.

Cabins

Two “cabinettes” and one cottage cabin (#3) can be reserved for stays at Hickory Oaks. The “cabinettes” sleep four people each.  A small fridge, microwave and A/C is available in each “cabinette”. They also provide mini-restrooms (toilet and sink).

Cabin #3 sleeps four and, in addition to the above, has a shower and a kitchenette.  Pets are not allowed in Cabin #3.

Customers will need to bring their own bedding when staying at the cabinettes or Cabin #3.

Fishing & Swimming

For paid campers, only:  Enjoy our private, spring-fed lake (Class 1 fish hatchery license).  No fishing license is required; fishing is “catch and release.”

The lake also features a sandy beach with a designated swimming area.

Paddle boats can be reserved for use on the lake, if available.

Airport

For those pilots out there:  no need to rent a car; merely fly into our impressive 2200 ft. private grass runway and camp!
