Believe it or not, Oshkosh, WI is the home of many events that attract visitors from the entire nation, as well as many tourists from around the world. Among these events are Country USA, the prominent Country Music Festival that features some of the best country music artists; EAA Air Venture, the greatest event in the world of aviation; and Lifest, known as one of the most important Christian music festival. In a nutshell, all you need to have a fun summer!

The EAA ground where the Air Venture takes place is located 7 miles south of the campground. According to Google Maps it is a 17 min drive, a 2 hours walk and a 37 mins bicycle ride. EAA Air Venture 2011 will take place between July 25th and July 31st 2011, mark your calendar, and book your reservation at Hickory Oaks Campground!

The Country USA ground is conviniently located 8.9 miles south of the campground. According to Google Maps it is a 19 min drive, a 2 hours 40 mins walk and a 47 mins bicycle ride.
